GetPerfectResume.com provides an online resume rewriting service that enables users to:

• Upload their existing resume for professional rewriting

• Download the rewritten resume immediately

Important: All resume files (both uploaded originals and rewritten versions) are automatically deleted from our servers immediately after delivery to you. We do not store your resume content.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

4.3 Service Delivery

Once payment is confirmed:

• Your resume is immediately processed and rewritten
• You receive an editable copy via download
• All files are deleted from our servers immediately after delivery
• The transaction is complete and cannot be reversed

4.4 Taxes

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your purchase.

6.2 Your Content

You retain full ownership of your resume content. By using our service, you grant us a limited, temporary license to:

• Process your uploaded resume to generate a rewritten version
• Deliver the rewritten resume to you

We immediately delete all resume files (both your original upload and our rewritten version) from our servers after delivering the editable copy to you. We do not store, share, sell, or use your resume content for any other purpose.

6.3 Templates License

Our resume templates are licensed to you for personal use only. You may use them to create your resumes but may not redistribute, resell, or use them for any commercial purpose beyond creating your own resume.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
